Why should I participate?

• You don't have to participate but if you do you will be helping genomic researchers, health professionals and policy makers know what genetic information to share with people.
• It is likely that whole genome analysis will become part of routine health services in the future so your participation will help to influence clinical practice too.
• There are 10 films integrated into the questionnaire offering information about genomics, hopefully you will enjoy these and learn something new about this field.

Is it confidential?

• Participation is confidential and no one will contact you about it. However, if you enjoy taking part and wish to be interviewed (and you live in the UK) then you can leave your contact details.

What does it involve?

• Follow the link below, watch the films, learn a bit about genomics and complete a questionnaire.
• It should take about 20 mins to fill in the questionnaire.

Who can take part?

• Anyone can participate in our questionnaire and you don't have to know anything about genomics or genetics already.
• We are inviting the following groups: genomic researchers, health professionals, lay members of the public.
